We want you to love your purchase from The VIP Emporium! Since our products are custom-made to order, we have a limited return and exchange policy. Please review the guidelines below carefully.
📦 Made-to-Order Products
All items—including mugs, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and message card jewelry—are made-to-order. This means they are created just for you after your order is placed.
🛑 We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizes ordered

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Wrong shipping address provided
Please double-check your size and address before completing your order.
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
To qualify:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
📩 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Let us know the issue and include photos if the item is defective or incorrect.

We’ll respond within 1 business day and resolve it quickly.
🕒 Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

After this window, production begins and we cannot cancel the order.
🌍 For EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal)
Under EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods, including Print on Demand items we sell at The VIP Emporium.
That said:

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production defect, your statutory rights remain protected, and we will replace or refund it.

🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles, as every item is made to order. If your order was fulfilled incorrectly, we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
📦 Return Address
We do not accept physical returns unless we request the item back. In most cases, a photo is all that’s needed to process a replacement or refund.
