As soon as you place your order, youāll receive an email confirmation. This means weāve received your order and itās being processed by our team and print-on-demand partners.
š Shipping & Tracking
When your order ships, youāll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Simply click the link or paste the tracking number on the carrierās website to see real-time updates.

āFAQs About Tracking
1. I havenāt received a tracking number yetāwhat should I do?
Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If itās been more than 7 business days and you havenāt received it, check your spam folder or contact us at info@the-vip-emporium.com.
2. My tracking link says āLabel Createdā but nothing elseāwhy?
This means your item has been packaged and is waiting to be picked up by the carrier. It may take 1ā3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
3. My tracking says āDeliveredā but I didnāt get anything.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day early. Please check with neighbors, around your mailbox/porch, or your local post office. Still canāt find it? Email us and weāll help!
4. I entered the wrong shipping addressāwhat now?
Contact us ASAP at info@the-vip-emporium.com. If the order hasnāt gone into production, we may be able to update it. Once it ships, we canāt make changes.
5. Why is my order coming in separate packages?
We work with multiple fulfillment partners. If your order includes items from different production centers, they may ship separately. Youāll receive tracking numbers for each.
