As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This means we’ve received your order and it’s being processed by our team and print-on-demand partners.


🚚 Shipping & Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Simply click the link or paste the tracking number on the carrier’s website to see real-time updates.

ā“FAQs About Tracking

1. I haven’t received a tracking number yet—what should I do?

Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If it’s been more than 7 business days and you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact us at info@the-vip-emporium.com.


2. My tracking link says ā€œLabel Createdā€ but nothing else—why?

This means your item has been packaged and is waiting to be picked up by the carrier. It may take 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.


3. My tracking says ā€œDeliveredā€ but I didn’t get anything.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day early. Please check with neighbors, around your mailbox/porch, or your local post office. Still can’t find it? Email us and we’ll help!


4. I entered the wrong shipping address—what now?

Contact us ASAP at info@the-vip-emporium.com. If the order hasn’t gone into production, we may be able to update it. Once it ships, we can’t make changes.


5. Why is my order coming in separate packages?

We work with multiple fulfillment partners. If your order includes items from different production centers, they may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking numbers for each.
