1. Order Processing
- All orders are custom-made after your purchase is placed.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days before shipment.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Countries
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and carriers vary by destination and will be displayed during checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after shipment:
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Other International: 10–25 business days
These are estimates — shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors may cause delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order contents.
- Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — details will be clearly stated.
5. Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

6. Multiple Shipments
Orders with products from different fulfilment partners may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
7. Shipping Errors
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
