At The VIP Emporium, all of our products — including mugs, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and message card jewelry — are made to order. This means each item is created especially for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, we have a different return policy than traditional retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.


🛑 Items We Do Not Accept Returns Or Exchanges For

Since every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please double-check your size and delivery address before completing your order.


✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or different from what you ordered

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email: info@the-vip-emporium.com
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos showing the issue

We will review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.


📩 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the issue and attach clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect
  4. Our support team will respond within 1 business day

🕒 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase
  • After this window, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or changed

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles, as each product is made to order.

If your order was fulfilled incorrectly or arrives defective, we will replace it or refund it at no extra cost.


📦 Returns & Return Address

  • We do not require physical returns in most cases
  • Usually, a photo is sufficient to process a replacement or refund
  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions by email

Please do not send items back unless we specifically ask you to do so.


🌍 For EU & UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Under EU and UK consumer law, customers normally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods, including the print-on-demand products sold by The VIP Emporium.

That said:

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, your statutory rights remain fully protected
  • We will replace or refund the item

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the issue
