‘The VIP Emporium’ mugs are hand-printed to order and shipped to you securely wrapped in either a sturdy cardboard container or one of our bespoke polystyrene cases. You will be able to track your parcel’s progress to you using the ‘tracking number’ we’ll email to you once your parcel is shipped.
You should check both https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/ and https://tools.usps.com/ as we usually ship first with DHL before handing over to USPS for final delivery. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: In most cases tracking stops once the parcel has left the US/reached your country. It may take some time after tracking stops before it reaches you, depending on customs clearance and the speed of your local postal service.
